Westminster Kitchen Remodel

The goal for this project was to update the kitchen, cabinetry, and appliances to create a cozy and comfortable kitchen area in a very large loft space. We wanted to create a cohesive design to compliment the large industrial loft space.
Due to this project being in a loft apartment, we wanted to make sure the remodel had differentiating factors that most apartment spaces would not have.
The intention was to insert uniqueness and dimension to the kitchen area.

The backsplash is no ordinary backsplash. The design and vibrant colors of the tiles give the kitchen the right amount of appeal to make visitors say “WOW, look how extraordinary that is!” We chose a soft white finish called “Icy Avalanche” for the cabinetry to accentuate the backsplash.
One of the special features in this kitchen is the vertical wine cellar which includes a Built in Humidor. We created this area so that it would hold our client’s vast wine collection and provide easy access to their cigars.

The large island easily accommodates 5-6 guests and features a built in Beverage Cooler for beer, soda, and white wine.
The Industrial Style Pendants over the island were extended using steel pipes that were painted black. This allowed us to incorporate more Industrial elements while moving the lighting to the perfect position over the island.
