“I started in the construction business in the 1990’s and eventually in 2000 started J&J Flooring and Construction, Inc. a full service construction company. After completing several successful kitchen and bath projects I found that these projects were beginning to account for a majority of my business due to referrals and word of mouth from my clients to their friends and families. This coupled with the fact that I enjoyed the entire process of kitchen, bath and larger multiple room projects led me to the realization that I had found my niche. I spent the next several years referring my customers to local kitchen centers for their cabinet, countertop and accessory needs and ran into the same issues with each and every one….lack of the personal service and attention that my customers deserved. It was obvious to me that there was only one answer.
